About Bill
Bill Selby is a Broker Associate with Carolina Realty Advisors. A locally owned and operated Charlotte Real Estate firm. He has been a Realtor in the Charlotte area for over 30 years. Bill is licensed in real estate brokerage in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Bill is a native of Charlotte and graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
He started his real estate career in Property Management with 20 years experience that also included becoming a Trust Real Estate Manager and Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank (formerly Wachovia Bank). This position gave Bill wide experience including residential homes and apartments, commercial buildings including retail space, office space, warehouse space, vacant land, and timber land. The past 10 years Bill has been listing and selling residential homes and investment property for clients all over Charlotte and those moving into the Greater Charlotte area.
Real Estate is a people business and a good Realtor knows how to listen to what people need and want. Being an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR designation), Bill has the knowledge and training to help a buyer find the right home in the right location at the right price. He also is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES designation) that gives him extra training to help seniors with their real estate needs.
Charlotte is a great place for seniors to retire as it is a temperate climate and only two or three hours from the mountains and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. One can find great recreation, hospitals, professional sports, and much more in this beautiful wooded area!
