After you find a home, your Realtor will help you negotiate the price, and help you find the right home inspector, the right attorney, the right insurance agent, the right lender, and the right attorney. He will help you throughout the closing and work to be sure everything is done correctly and in a timely manner. He will be responsible that all documents are correctly completed and presented to the closing attorney.
